As we all know,the situation of employment for graduate is urgent nowadays.Employment becomes one of the major social in our country.More an more people pay great attention to it.
This issue results from two aspects.First,many undergraduates are hunting for jobs.They hope to get a job with high salary and other pensions.So the government and the society face great pressure.More job opportunties are needed to create for them.
On the other hand,there are many job vacancies in the west.So there comes an imbalane between the supply and demand in the east and the west.Few people want to seek jobs in the west.They prefer to live in the major cities,such as Beijing,Shanghai and other developed areas.
To solve this issue,it is a better choice to encourage people to seek jobs in the west.This also help to develop local economy and offer a brand-new chance for grad-uates.
